The complete electronic unemployment benefits control card allows you to enter online the days of work, illness, vacation, or other non-compensable days of the current unemployment month and send it electronically to your payment agency at the end of the month.

Your agency can then calculate the amount of compensation that will be paid to you based on the information declared in your electronic C3 card.

In order to access the electronic C3 card, you must be registered with a payment agency:

• either the public agency: CAPAC,
• or the payment agency of a union: CSC, FGTB or CGSLB.
